East End Black Salt Ground 100g (kala namak)
Salt mined in Indian mines, used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine, because of its digestive properties. It is also used in Indian spices. It has violet color and not very pleasant smell, due to the high concentration of sulfur, which however disappears during cooking, leaving a delicate aftertaste.
